1. Overview

By subscribing to The Collective (“Membership”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. The Membership is billed monthly and provides ongoing access to Glow With It Collective’s digital resources and monthly content drops.

 

2. Membership Access

The Collective includes full access to the Glow With It template library, marketing tools, and new monthly content drops released on the first Monday of each month. Members may download and use resources during their active subscription and keep any files downloaded before cancellation. Access to the member portal and new drops ends at the close of the paid billing cycle once a subscription is cancelled or lapses.

 

3. Payment and Billing

The Membership renews automatically each month at the rate shown at checkout. Payments are securely processed through a third-party provider. All payments are final and non-refundable except as required by Canadian law.

 

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your Membership at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting glowwithitco@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund prior payments. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

 

5. Use of Content

All templates, tools, and resources are for your own business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share them outside your business. Unauthorized use or distribution may result in termination of access.

 

6. Pricing and Promotions

Promotional or introductory pricing may apply at sign-up but is not guaranteed for future billing cycles. Glow With It Collective may adjust pricing in the future with advance notice to active members. Members may choose to continue, change, or cancel their subscription following any pricing update.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and resources are owned by Glow With It Collective and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Members are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials for their own business purposes only.

 

8. Termination

Glow With It Collective reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if content is misused, or if harmful or fraudulent activity is detected.

 

9. Liability

Glow With It Collective does not guarantee specific results from Membership participation. To the extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to the amount paid for the current billing cycle.

 

10. Updates

These Terms may be revised periodically. Members will be notified of any significant updates by email or through the website. Continued use of the Membership after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
